Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GetProCleaners.com website or booking our professional cleaning services. By accessing our site at getprocleaners.com or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service, you agree to provide our staff with a safe working environment, access to the property, and functioning utilities (water and electricity). You agree to secure any pets and valuable or fragile items before our team's arrival.

2. Pricing and Payments

The price quoted when you book is the price you pay. Quotes are based on the details you provide about your home and the services you select; the total does not change based on how long the cleaning takes.

• A deposit is required to book all residential services. It is collected when you approve your quote and applied toward your total.
• The remaining balance is charged only after the job is complete.
• Late payments may incur a fee of $25 or 5% of the balance, whichever is greater.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling remain available until the day of the appointment.

• Cancellations made before the day of the appointment receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made on the day of the appointment forfeit the deposit.
• Appointments may be rescheduled until the day of the appointment.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged an additional $50 fee.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds; our guarantee is to correct any issues to your satisfaction.

5. Liability and Damages

GetProCleaners.com is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. In the rare event of damage caused by our team:

• We must be notified within 48 hours of the service.
• We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
• Claims are limited to the fair market value of the damaged item.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly installed or secured items.

6. Access and Security

If you provide access instructions (lockbox code, key location, etc.), you do so at your own risk. We recommend changing access codes periodically. Our cleaners are background-checked, but we are not responsible for theft or loss unless negligence by our staff can be proven.

7. Use of Communications

We may email you for account and service-related purposes. SMS consent is collected separately during account registration through an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. If you check that box, you agree to receive recurring service and customer-care SMS from GetProCleaners including:

• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and notifications
• Invoices and payment receipts
• One-to-one customer-support replies

Message frequency varies, typically 1–8 messages per booking. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Review our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for the complete program and data-use terms.

8. Service Area

We currently serve Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. Services outside our standard area may be subject to additional travel fees.

9. Google Maps Services

Our address autocomplete and validation features use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
