SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In

This page describes the GetProCleaners (Professional Cleaners) SMS text-messaging program: who we are, what messages we send, how customers opt in, and how to opt out. It is published so our opt-in process is transparent and independently verifiable.

1. Our SMS Program

GetProCleaners is a residential house-cleaning company serving Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. We send a mix of transactional and customer-care SMS to customers who request a quote or schedule a cleaning and consent to SMS. Messages include:

• Welcome message when your account is created
• Booking confirmations, and updates if your booking is rescheduled or cancelled
• Appointment reminders the day before and the morning of your cleaning
• Real-time alerts when the assigned cleaner is on the way and when work starts
• Job-completion confirmations with a review link
• Invoice and payment notifications (invoice ready, payment received, payment issue)
• One-to-one replies our team sends in response to your questions

Message frequency varies by your activity, typically 1–8 messages per booking, with recurring-cleaning customers receiving messages around each scheduled visit. Message & data rates may apply.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in when creating your account at getprocleaners.com/register. Beside the account fields is a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. The disclosure reads:

“I agree to recurring GetProCleaners service texts about quotes and bookings. Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS Terms.”

Registration does not require SMS consent. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy acceptance use a separate required checkbox. When SMS consent is given, we retain the date, collection method, and disclosure version with the customer account as proof of consent.

3. Opt-Out & Help

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP (or INFO) for support, or call/text us at (305) 570-0066.
• Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.

4. Privacy

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as stated in our Privacy Policy (see also our Terms of Service).
